  • In most cases, no. When your loan settles, the lender pays us a commission. In some complex commercial cases, a broker fee may apply. If that's relevant to you, we'll let you know upfront.

    No matter how we’re paid, the commission doesn't drive the recommendation. Your situation does. That's how we work, and what the law requires.

  • First, we understand where you’re at and what you’re working towards, so any recommendations are grounded in what matters to you.
